Where It Started
Long before we became REALTORS®, we were doing what most of our clients come to us for — buying investment properties, running the numbers on rentals, managing flips, and figuring out basement suite conversions.
That experience is the foundation of everything. When a first-time buyer asks about the real cost of home ownership, we aren't guessing. When an investor wants to know if the cap rate pencils out, we've run those same spreadsheets for ourselves.
We got our licences because we wanted to help people navigate the same journey we'd already walked — with real knowledge, not just sales scripts.
The Team

Troy has been investing in Edmonton real estate for over a decade. His background spans rental properties, property flips, and suite development projects. He approaches every transaction with the same analytical rigor he applies to his own portfolio — understanding that a home isn't just a place to live, it's likely the biggest financial decision his clients will ever make.
When he's not working, Troy is at home in Sherwood Park with Brittany and their two kids.

Brittany brings a background in nursing to real estate — which means she's used to high-stakes decisions, reading people quickly, and explaining complex information in plain language. She co-manages the team's investment portfolio alongside Troy and understands the emotional side of buying and selling a home as well as the financial one.
Brittany is detail-oriented, direct, and genuinely invested in her clients' outcomes — not just their transactions.
