Troy spent nearly a decade as a Control Systems Technologist working with industrial automation — a career built entirely on precision, data, and making complex systems run efficiently. He applies that same mindset to real estate, whether that's running the numbers on an investment property, identifying structural or mechanical issues others miss, or building systems that make buying and selling less stressful. Troy actively owns and manages a rental portfolio and has hands-on renovation and flipping experience in the Sherwood Park and Edmonton markets.
